This easy, no-bake Christmas snack mix is made for holiday parties, movie nights, and homemade gifts. INGREDIENTS • 9.8 oz Chex cereal (approximately 9 cups; weigh for accuracy) • 1½ cups semisweet chocolate chips • ½ cup creamy peanut butter • ¼ cup butter • ¼ tsp peppermint extract (up to ½ tsp for a stronger mint flavor) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1½ cups powdered sugar • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 cup mini marshmallows • ½ cup peppermint baking pieces HOW TO MAKE IT 1. Add the cereal to a large mixing bowl. 2. Microwave the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. 3.
