It’s just that it’s frustrating when I have sent an inquiring client the booking link and it’s very in their face about how to book an appointment with me but they don’t understand or check it out to answer the questions they may have. And then they still swipe up asking: can I book ? how do I book? Deciding not to navigate my website will let me know - you’re probably not as interested as you seem. I also need clients to book themselves so they can input card information to protect no-call No-shows. Most of the questions that you need answered are going to be right there on the website. Especially location or hours or the different style / approach to massage therapy I offer. You can easily see if they offer what you’re looking for by actually taking a step, clicking the link. A caveat to this is if an older client was trying to book. I understand if it’s confusing, but I have a lot of clients that are older than 65 years old that utilize my booking site. So the age excuse is not necessarily an issue a lot. Or at least in my experience. Asking a small business owner 15 different questions before you even go and visit the site, is a little bit wasteful of the owners time. I don’t mind answering questions that are not answerable on my website, but for the most part, literally anything anyone wants to know… Can be answered by clicking through, scrolling through all the tabs on my website. #lol #SmallBusiness #massagetherapy #massage #clients
