@mercedes.berk: New York's Luxury Market in a New York Minute 👇 • There were 44 luxury contracts signed at $4 million and above last week (Oct 24 – Oct 30), for a total of $382 million in total deal volume. • The number of contracts signed was up 33% from the 33 contracts signed last week (Oct 17 – Oct 23), and up 47% from the 30 contracts signed during the same period last year. • There were 1,462 luxury units priced $4 million and above actively on the market, with 51 new listings added last week (Oct 24 – Oct 30). • 27% (12) of this week's luxury contracts were last asking more than $10 million. • Contracts signed were split 55% condo (24), 34% co-op (15), and 11% townhouse (5). • Penthouse One at 111 Murray Street, designed by David Mann as a sanctuary in the clouds with unobstructed views in every direction. The penthouse was last asking $39.95 million.
