Each note invites us to become a little more present, letting go of the noise around us and getting lost in the music. One of the things I love most about playing the flute is that you don’t need any musical experience to begin. Just your breath, a little curiosity, and the willingness to explore. When I play, I find myself becoming so present that I completely lose myself in the moment.
