[ NEW ] RIVERFRONT YUM CHA RESTAURANT WITH DIM SUM TROLLEYS, MIDNIGHT SESSIONS AND A PRIVATE KARAOKE ROOM Pavilion is the brand new Cantonese yum cha restaurant on the Terrace at Queen’s Wharf, and it opened its doors on 2 October 2026. It comes from the team behind Longtime in the CBD and Goodtime in West Village, bringing what they know about both venues under one roof. Trolleys of dim sum made by hand every day roll past views over the Brisbane River, and the whole menu is built to be shared family style. For a city that takes its yum cha seriously, trolley service with a river view is a big addition. THE YUM CHA TROLLEYS 🥟 The trolleys: a dedicated dim sum team makes the dim sum by hand every day, and it’s wheeled straight to your table. 🍤 Prawn toast: finished with foie gras and sesame. 🥠 Ham Syu Gok: crispy deep fried dumplings stuffed with roast pork belly. BEYOND THE DIM SUM 🐔 Yuenyeung chicken: the signature dish, served with both chilli oil and scallion oil. 🥚 Century egg: the traditional way, with poached river greens in a rich golden broth. 🍸 The drinks: a list of signature cocktails alongside a curated wine list. 🎤 The karaoke room: a private karaoke room behind lacquered doors, set up for private events.
