this is me, I get the workload of other employees, because I am always there... I am NO longer going to be doing their jobs because MY job is way more important than their jobs

i am new to this work , my co worker keep bossing me , passes sarcastic comments , when i get too frustrated i vent to another co worker, short of complaining about her which i know i shouldn't cause no one is friends in workplace, how to stop that i that? It's so hard not to react or show emotions.
