My dear INA FI family, You can read financial tips, download budgeting apps and listen to money lessons but progress requires putting what you learn into practice. A review of 29 studies published in Frontiers in Education found more consistent support for structured lessons and guided activities than simply providing access to digital tools. The lesson for our community is practical: 🎵 Listen to a lesson. 🧮 Work through an example. ✅ Complete one action. 🔄 Review your progress. This fits two steps of the INA FI Method: Take Action • Save & Protect 🔥 YOUR SEVEN-DAY “SAVE & SHINE” CHALLENGE 1️⃣ Choose a purpose. What are you saving for: an emergency, education, a business or another meaningful goal? 2️⃣ Choose an affordable amount. For example: • $5 a day × 7 days = $35 • ₦500 a day × 7 days = ₦3,500 These are examples, not requirements. Choose an amount that fits your circumstances without neglecting essentials or borrowing to save. 3️⃣ Make the first transfer. Set the money aside in a suitable, accessible savings account. Automate it if practical. 4️⃣ Check after seven days. Did you follow through? What helped? What needs adjusting? If money is too tight to save today, track your spending for seven days and identify one realistic next step. That counts as action too. 🔒 Keep your amounts, account details and screenshots private. You can simply reply “STARTED” and return in seven days with “COMPLETED” or one lesson learned. Our aim is not merely more reactions to a post.
