not sure if the issue .... just say sorry cheque hasn't gone through, can you reissue another cheque cancel the original and all late fees removed, pretty simple to me.

This happened to me before while living in Concord…they ended up finding the money orders inside the desk of the employee that took it! No apologies or anything!

Property manger stole all our rent one year. I had my money order receipt signed by the thief and they still tried to tell me I had to pay again. I moved out that week. They tried to put it in my credit. When it came up on my credit when trying to get a place to live I told them exactly what happen, never stopped me from renting a place. I never paid it, I let it sit on my credit 7 years until it fell off. You not going to steal from me and think I’m going to keep giving you my money.
