@drbikeug: Chain lock broke / lost in jungle? This 1 bolt will save you! 👇 Emergency chain lock jugaad - For all bikes Problem: Chain clip lost = Chain will break anytime Fix with 1 bolt: 1. Find your chain joint - The missing lock place (0s) 2. Take one small bolt - M6 x 20mm (0.5s) - Allen bolt best 3. Push bolt from inside to outside through chain link (2.1s-3.6s) - Same as chain pin 4. Put washer if you have - Optional 5. Put nut on other side (5.8s-7.8s) - Hand tight first 6. Use 2 tools: Allen key inside + Spanner outside (8.7s-10.3s) - Tight properly! 7. Check - Chain moves free, bolt not touching sprocket (10.8s) Done! You can ride home / to mechanic shop!
