Back then, we didn't have the power or influence to make a change like moving Halloween to the last Saturday of October. We lacked the connections and platforms to bring people together. But times have changed! Today, we have social media, millions of people we can reach, and a much bigger advantage than we realize. We have the power to spread an idea, build momentum, connect with influential people, and turn it into a nationwide movement. We are more capable of making this happen than we think. All it takes is for us to come together, take action, and make our voices heard. Let's bring back the Halloween spirit!

Starting in 2027, let's come together to celebrate Halloween every year on the last Saturday of October. Since Halloween isn't a federal holiday, we have the freedom to make this happen nationwide. It could even become a long Halloween weekend, similar to Thanksgiving, with Saturday as the main celebration day.
This would give families more time to enjoy Halloween with friends and loved ones without the stress of rushing home from work. It may be our best chance to bring back the old Halloween spirit before it's too late!
To make this plan successful, we must also agree to move trick-or-treating from October 31 to the last Saturday of October, unless the 31st itself falls on a Saturday. Everyone's participation is important if we want this tradition to become a reality.
Let's spread the word through social media, friends, family, and communities across the country. We should also reach out to influencers and people with large followings who support this idea and can help us reach millions.
We must take action, not just agree that it's a good idea. If we truly want to bring back the old Halloween spirit, we have the power to make it happen by coming together!
