@joefamilyman: This lady has been harassing me and my family for the past four years. Halloween she really showed out in front of the whole neighborhood. She opened her front door to call us all evil and her dog escaped. Making some uncomfortable since we don’t know this dog nor does it know us. My sweet grandmother figure of a neighbor to all the children on the court gathered the dog up and this is what happened. I really believe she is mentally unstable and needs a caretaker. This behavior isn’t normal.
