You can always just transfer the stocks you own to recession proof stocks. Sell shortly and over time and just back away from risky stocks and put money into companies that have survived other financial downturns.

I definitely feel AI will need to mature and find its stable ground. the leaders will start realizing they have run enough and need to make use of what they have. I'm feeling the same way as you, we will just need to wait and see what the stable point is.
