The video isn’t good enough to make out what’s happened here. The boot was empty and from what i see he’s got very little luggage. Have you got any other footage of what happened here? Most if not all our conditions say we will convey a reasonable amount of luggage. This driver could be in deep shit from this video.

A private hire driver is entitled to refuse items that they don't want to carry in their vehicle. That’s a separate issue from refusing a passenger because of a disability.

Uber has recently stopped telling us the name of the companies we are picking up from or dropping off to. In the past if I see a storage unit or furniture Center come up I usually don’t accept the job. Now uber has removed the name of the establishment from the job card until after we accept the job. They’re Always playing games!!
