We now know that we are not chasing men. They also do this when they have lost interest because they have spotted someone else. You don't even ask for an explanation. You move right on. I have made this mistake so many times- the crying, asking WHY!? a million times and needing closure....they normally lie. "Work got hectic" is their top go-to response. It is always they have gotten cold feet, are now unsure - SO DON'T EVEN TRY AND TALK HIM BACK INTO THE RELATIONSHIP. If you do, you come across as desperate and insecure- like you are driving a sales pitch. OR, there is someone else. And please remember if he ever comes back, you are not taking him back because there is a high likelihood that he will do it again. If someone had the perfect opportunity to secure you, and they didn't, then in their heart of hearts, they don't want you.

It’s women give to much too much emotional labour and emotional support on day one of meeting a man do zero. Don’t ask where they’re going. Don’t ask who they’re with. Don’t ask what they’re doing. Don’t ask how they are. Don’t tell them where you’re going. Don’t tell them who you’re well. Don’t tell them what you’re doing. Say zero if they tell you, they had a bad day they’re looking for emotional support. Do not give it to them just say oh that’s too bad.
