If you know what you’re looking at then you see that Tom Nolan was stalling and not trying to escape or reverse. Maybe they need to start taking points from people who don’t want to escape or reverse and just stall a position like that because they’re afraid momentum and the submission threat. Thats the equivalent of literally running away from your opponent in the octagon until they’re tired on the feet. It’s that serious

Whether Renato was gonna win or lose, that was clearly an unfair stand-up but this is MMA not boxing no reason to stand that fight up if I’m correct in saying this happened in the second round, there was three more rounds for Nolan to do his work. They should never have stood that up.
