I think this video might not be 100% clear for some people who don’t fully understand the difference between Tahajjud and Istikhara. When you’re feeling uncertain about a situation and don’t know what to do, pray Tahajjud and ask Allah for guidance, clarity and to help you understand what the right next step is. Ask Him to make the situation clear to you and guide your heart towards what is best. Istikhara is more about seeking Allah’s guidance when you’re considering a specific decision and want to know whether it is good for you. You’re asking Allah to make it easy and put barakah in it if it’s good for you, or turn you away from it if it isn’t. I think the important distinction is that Tahajjud is an opportunity to turn to Allah when you’re feeling lost, confused or simply need guidance, whereas Istikhara is a specific prayer for guidance when you’re faced with a decision. Although Istikhara doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve already made your mind up, you can pray it while still undecided and trust Allah to guide you towards what is best.

Allah will show the right step. The same Allah that showed the step to Moses to strike his tool on the ground before HE could part the sea. The same Allah that showed the step to Maryam shook the tree so she can eat the dates. The same Allah that showed the step to Prohphet Muhammad tie the camel then leave everything on HIS care. The same Allah that showed steps to Alexander on achieving something. The same Allah that showed step to Noah to built an ark etc.
