I had an avoidant keep me on the hook for 2 years, calling me every day to talk for hours when we weren't spending time together in person, then he blocked me and moved 2000 miles away, and I only knew that because we had some mutual friends.

Avoiding anything and suppressing it will only make it stronger and unavoidable when it comes time to face it. Also keep in mind, what goes around comes around. These avoidant people will get what they deserve in due time. We might forget and move on with time but god won’t. Good riddance

This was tough to listen to because your absolutely right. Almost everything you were saying was poking at a wound. Wounds they created while I was still in The relationship. The hardest part about your video is no one understands the depts of pain we feel being discarded unless you’ve been through it. Healing from this is so painful. I’m fighting for my life at times ..

I was a late bloomer and had my first relationship in my late 20s. And it was with a fearful avoidant. I struggled with body imagine and my ex knew that but still managed to use my body as a reason he wasn’t attracted to me after pursuing me, it was horrific.
