my manager fired someone for smelling like weed. they asked me did I know I said maybe I didn't really pay that much attention. she asked me why I didn't say anything. WHAT AN I GOING TO SAY. I'm not the manager I'm not getting paid to do manager duties. you want to know if you're employees smell like weed come in and check in

no seriously, I rarely complain anymore. I dont stress about stuff getting done anymore. I do my 7.5 hours and leave.

Staff meetings are a joke! We had a meeting, decided if a person was 15 minutes late for an appointment, they had to be rescheduled with no excuses. Two days later last appointment before lunch a patient was late for an hour long procedure. So I rescheduled them. Mom called from her car to talk to the office manager and he came up front and told me that patient was to be seen. So, it was just another nice idea that yet again never was put in place.

Yep, I remember when I was working as a bartender in my last job and I remember speaking up in a meeting because my boss had decided he was going to take all of our tips and share them out between everybody without telling us prior,which is illegal. And I spoke up because it was wrong of him to do, and he had the cheek to tell me in front of everybody that I was selfish and inconsiderate, and continued to speak to me like crap. So definitely just keep quiet and carry on working as nothing will change
