used to have an evri driver who came to our store to collect parcels always trying to force me into his religion. I was polite to him but he never dropped it. I asked my manager to help me complain to evri and he said nothing he could do about it, and wouldn't help me complain or even find a contact or anything.

my role is rarely customer facing as I work for a LA but if I do speak to public, any hint of verbal abuse or unacceptable verbal conduct I will hang up the phone. that simple.
