According to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Morales, an ICE officer, was charged on October 30 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly striking 48-year-old Miguel Parra Hernández with his pickup truck in Houston on October 10. The prosecutor states that surveillance footage contradicts the agent's account. Morales’s attorney claims that he is a military veteran and a PASTOR‼️, and asserts that he committed no crime.
