Javits, who moved from Ghana to the United States about a year ago to reunite with his father and pursue better educational opportunities, was shot while walking to school. He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The tragedy has raised serious concerns after his father, Thomas Frimpong, revealed that his son had allegedly experienced repeated bullying at school and had previously reported the incidents. According to his father, two students had recently been suspended following reported bullying incidents.
