🚩 A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY IS CHARGED WITH HIS FATHER'S M**DER-- HE SAYS HE WAS PROTECTING HIS MOTHER🚩 On October 29, Harris County prosecutors approved a m**der charge against the 15-year-old son of 35-year-old Samson Hernandez. The teen is now being held in the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center. The case goes back to May 5. Around 3:45 a.m., deputies were called to a home in west Harris County after Hernandez’s estranged wife reported a family disturbance. Investigators say Hernandez no longer lived there but had returned to the home. Inside were his estranged wife, her boyfriend and three teenage children. Police say Hernandez and the boyfriend got physical and that eventually moved into the front yard. That’s when Hernandez’s 15-year-old son intervened. Authorities say the teen put his father in a ch**ehold and continued restraining him until deputies arrived. Hernandez was unresponsive, transported to a hospital and pronounced d*ad. But the boy was not immediately arrested. For months, investigators reviewed whether his actions were criminal or legally justified. Then came the m**der charge. The teen’s great-aunt says he was trying to protect his mother and restrain his father until police arrived. Hernandez’s sister tells a very different story. She supports the m**der charge and believes there are facts the public still does not know. Neither relative witnessed the confrontation. Because the defendant is a juvenile, prosecutors have not publicly released the full evidence that led them to charge him nearly six months later.
