@faridqureshi_uk: faridqureshi _uk A promise of luxury prizes turned into tragedy in Pakistan's Sialkot city after TikToker Ansar Mahmood aka Patlu allegedly lured thousands of men to his home with the promise of free cars, motorcycles, mobile phones and other expensive gifts on his p e wedding event. What was meant to be a grand giveaway quickly descended into chaos as huge crowds gathered outside his residence. A stampede reportedly broke out, leaving two people dead and several others injured. Police have registered a case against the TikToker and others, with six suspects reportedly arrested. The incident has raised serious questions about the dangerous pursuit of social media fame and the deadly consequences of publicity stunts.
