@wineclubgroup: let this be a warning to the less informed... when you you use a shaker bottle to mix your protein powder, if you use hot liquid as in a nice, delicious hot mushroom coffee mixture mixed with a nice chocolate protein powder, a lot of pressure shall build up and if you do not release the pressure it will find a way to release itself as is evidence of my workplace kitchen where I recently discovered the ramifications of the pressure buildup when shaking protein powder and hot liquids in a Shaker bottle! #proteinshakerfail #mushroomcoffee #proteinshaker #explodingshaker #timetoclesn
