I work in hiring, and I always assumed that he and Lena were in what we call a “golden handcuffs” situation. Like they’re working for a private employer, who probably overpays them relative to the market they live in and obviously their job duties are just whatever Ethan wanted them to be, not like a formal position for folks who are normal jobs. Also, if they want to continue working in content, this will obviously impact their ability to work for another creator as this will follow them for a long time. I’m not sympathetic to H3 but objectively this is an incredibly shitty situation to be in.

As a father he shouldn’t have had all his eggs in 1 basket. He should have taken the opportunity and expanded HIS OWN brand. Made connections with other people and freelanced or at least just have a back up plan. H3 has been in a downward trajectory since at least 2022. As a parent I have multiple streams of income, plan 1,2 and 3. Come on. Relying solely on H3 is insane work.

Yall doesn’t matter if we all hated the podcast there were still people who liked it… it was still a relatively stable podcast unfort😭 also I doubt he has a life style too expensive / didn’t save money but rather he knows he can’t afford it long term while in between jobs. She’s pregnant I’m sure he doesn’t want to dip into funds possibly saved for the baby. Also people dislike him bc of who he’s associated with so it’ll be harder for him to find a job doing something relatively similar to what he did on the podcast. Yeah he should’ve made connections out of the podcast in case but when you’ve worked somewhere for so long you don’t really think to do that. I don’t like him but as someone who’s been jobless for a bit, I understand cutting back on a lot to avoid funding a lifestyle you had when you had incoming revenue 24/7.

I think it’s kinda crazy how Ethan and hila have a 9mil house and his co hosts on the show don’t seem to even have like a 10th of the amount of wealth they have?? That’s nuts. They should have all been paid more and should have been able to own houses by now. Why did Ethan and hila hog all the revenue it should have been dispersed more throughout the team.
