Literally it’s a spiral “🌀” but when you get “stuck” doing the same things the spiral becomes a circle or a “loop” & everything just loops again. When you do different things the loop breaks & you’re able to spiral into other realities/possiblies instead of being stuck in the same loop.

And something that contributes to us having so many different realities is that we are living with other beings. If there was just “you” on this planet, then that would be different— that would produce less possibilities. But since there’s so much life outside of us creating their own actions that influence “our” own realities, there’s so many possibilities because we can’t control what another what another’s actions are. Which is why we’re “all connected” bc we couldn’t not be even if we tried, we’re living with each other in each other’s realities.

I feel this is true because I usually bed rot the whole morning on my days off and I don’t nap ever. But today I was productive and made myself food and cleaned a little bit and had a nice little nap. And because of that the “day” physically feels different from the rests
