@itsthatfarmguy: The Boy that started it all 🐷 My days weren’t always spent rescuing and caring for farm animals. Eight years ago, I had only helped cats and dogs, but then I took the plunge and chucked my life savings at the local derelict farm. I didn’t have a clue what came next. The day I got the place was only the second day I’d ever spent on a farm 🤦‍♂️ Three weeks later, hungover and tired, I woke up to realise I had agreed to take on a pig. Truffles arrived a few hours later and the rest, as they say, is history. Over 200 animals have followed him ever since and together with my wife we have dedicated our lives to helping those in need. Maybe one day we can actually do it as a full time job 😂 Our life and choices may not be for everyone, and that’s fine. But despite heartbreak, exhaustion, stress and financial worries, we always tell ourselves one thing. It’s for them. Happy World Vegan Day ❤️🌱
