Ingredients: •Pumpkin, peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks •Water, for boiling •Cinnamon sticks •Condensed milk, to taste •Ground nutmeg, to taste •Ground ginger, to taste •Pinch of Salt •Nourishment- Vanilla flavoured •Vanilla essence Method: 1. Place the pumpkin in a saucepan with water and the cinnamon sticks. Boil for 10–15 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender. 2. Remove the cinnamon sticks. 3. Drain almost all the water, keeping a little with the pumpkin to help it blend. 4. Allow the pumpkin to cool, then blend with the reserved water until smooth. 5. Pour the blended pumpkin into a large bowl or jug. 6. Add the ground nutmeg, ground ginger, vanilla essence, Nourishment and condensed milk & salt. 7. Stir well until everything is combined. 8.
