To say there's no explanation for KI is just saying you didnt watch DB in different words. Ts is explained very well. You can think its basic, bad, boring, bland, good, Mid, overrated, overhated or whatever. IDC, but to say its not explained is just wrong

The reason I think Nen is the best power system is because there is zero “op nen abilities”. Netero lost to a pre-pubescent Chimera Ant using basic nen, Tsuredenich (a 1 in a trillion prodigy) got no diffed by Hisoka’s Ren, and Chrollo needed prep time (has one of the most “op” nen abilities in the) against Hisoka’s simple sticky ability.

Larp, Cell has telekinesis because of some of the Z-fighters that have used it before Gero has copied, if that isn't believable, he most likely and accurate answer is he got it from freiza. Ki if refined and controlled enough you can use it to the best of your abilities, you never actually explained why it was bad except what the description of ki is.
