No, that is untrue. People that physically can’t bring themselves to cry are not weak, their bodies made a mental shutdown to avoid being hurt by starting to cry and show their feelings, because at some point they’ve learned that no one will understand or care, if. It’s not weakness, it’s a form of self defense.

No, sometimes trauma makes you feel trapped. I was there, i talked in front of all at my mother's funeral , and I was only 16, living with my grandma, her mom, and i didn't cry. I wasn't strong but never weak, I was surviving. I am not saying you are not right, but life is never the same for everyone.

I dunno about moralizing in this way. Crying is a way to regulate emotions that become overwhelming and expel excess stress hormones. If you don’t get to that point easily, of course you’re not going to cry. It’s not about strength.
