A lady in my neighborhood posted in the community group earlier in the day that we should consider postponing to the next day because of the rain. Nobody was having it, people said rain or storm, they'll be out and about and they weren't lying, it was just as busy as it normally is every year

My mom told me not to even bother handing out candy cause no one would come in the rain. I said fuck that and set up a tv outside under cover and played ghostbusters while handing out candy to dozens of kids!
