I love my Skyla IUD the only side affect I get is random cramps that are pretty bad but they go away after like 10 seconds

Finally got the pill birth control pill that I skip the placebo to stop having my period (measured it out with a diva cup and would legit bleed 20-30ml of blood a day for 7+ days every 3ish weeks) and now that’s it’s been a couple months of not bleeding I don’t sick (like a cold) like I used to every month🩷

I have the liletta iud & love it!! I’ve had it for a little over a year and have experienced hardly any symptoms and I barely get a period anymore. The insertion also wasn’t very bad, just ask for some numbing gel and take ibuprofen!

Im on the pill, junel fe, I’ve been on it for like 5 years? I love being on it. I skip periods with it, the only time I’ve ever had side effects is the occasional cramping when I’ve forgotten to take it lol. When I have periods they’re super light! My periods used to cause me to vomit, I’d get traveling cramps down to my calves, and nothing would help them. I took pain killers every chance I could to the point where it effect my stomach lining & caused me to develop GERD. So being on birth control helped me manage that as well!! I can’t imagine not being on it in my 20s!!

i LOVE my nexaplon!! my periods are only 3-4 days max, come regularly or slightly late, about 6 weeks apart, no heavy cramping, i haven't gained weight, my acne has calmed down. super easy insertion process and it's good for 3 years. but remember everybody and every body is so different and you should talk to your provider to see what's best for you!

I had a good time w gedarel (combined pill) but a poor mental health experience on desogestrel (mini pill like cerazette). Hormonal iud was good to me and I’d recommend that, it did give me thrush though but that’s not super common and it expelled itself which is also really rare. I’d still get another iud if I had the opportunity

I’ve been on birth control since I was 15 both progestin only pills and combination pills. They fixed my irregular prolonged periods and I experienced no negative side effects.
