Hiii!! Commenting to say that it depends on your camera model! Some of the ones I Googled that reduce the quality are shooting like 120fps, which is mostly for sports photography :) so most of us wedding/family photographers should be good!

Hiiii 14 year wedding photographer here! This is ONLY the case for extreme rapid shooting! Most portrait and wedding photographers will never experience this. I shoot in high speed often and my photos always all have the same MP 🤍

As a sports photographer who lives in high speed I’m 99% sure if you set it to higher than the natural fps. I have 30 natively but an option for 120 - I still have my full megapixels when I shoot 30
