@stevestaeger: A 19-year-old CU Boulder student was killed and another 19-year-old student is in critical condition after a shooting at an off-campus house party on University Hill late Halloween night. Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn released doorbell camera video of two persons of interest seen entering and quickly leaving. The gathering was registered, but officers had broken it up earlier for a noise complaint before shots were fired around 11:30 PM.
