All my life…. My husband constantly uses sarcasm and “jokes” and I fall for it every.single.time and take it literally and think he’s being mean or whatever. All my life I just “laughed” at myself and said “I’m so guillable” but it’s so embarrassing at times and hard to navigate and I often feel so stupid for “not getting it” like the rest of the world seems too.

That that wasn’t sarcasm that was just a flat tone about an even during the day like many people really don’t know how to be sarcastic I’ve had to give people weird looks and then they say they’re sarcastic and I let them know it’s not cause nothing was indicated as such
