@danielburbanktv: New video shows the moment a Learjet crashed in Greenacres, Palm Beach County, Florida. Residents say the impact was so loud that it sounded like a missile. Unverified last recorded vertical rate: -32640 ft/min.
This reminds me of that Learjet 55 that crashed in Philly in Jan2025

I’ve never in my life seen anything like this. The FAA says it plummeted roughly 27,000 feet in just 60 seconds, reaching a maximum vertical descent rate exceeding 32,000 feet per minute. I can’t even imagine. 😞

We need to get an interview with the guy that was pulling out of the parking lot when that jet smashed into the ground

It’s a plane guys, going that fast it will not be like legos, also it hit a main water line so it filled up with water. So any bodies, wreckage, or anything else is in that water. You will be surprised at how fast that hole will fill when hitting a main water line. Minutes.

That speed, at that altitude, I wonder if the wings detached before impact.

They put the video in slow motion where you can see the plane people yet say it’s a missile

Anyone besides me find it odd that someone has a backwards facing dash cam and just happened to catch that? How close to maralardo? All that anti missle gear

Ginger Marie :
The reason why everything was disintegrated is because of how fast the plane hit on impact. Everything turns to dust when it hits that hard

It’s always the Learjet that does that the Mexico city incident, the Philadelphia incident and many more. Why doesn’t the FAA investigate this. The Learjet45 and series 60 are the most dangerous out of nowhere during takeoff or landing they will flip over out of nowhere and dive into the Earth

CandyMoon4u🪽😇🪽👑 :
@CandyMoon4u🪽😇🪽👑: Got this from another post:@⃟: Pilot here. Icing and moderate turbulence lead to a phenomenon called Mach tuck. It is common in Learjet 60’s and older Learjets. Essentially, you exceed the maximum airspeed at altitude and it is unrecoverable to the point that you continue to speed up while not being able to produce lift with your wings. Further description: (your coefficient of lift eventually moves too far behind the wing making it impossible to produce lift, this causes the aircraft to lose altitude like a falling dart, in turn gaining airspeed and crashing. All Pilots are aware of this, some just push too close to the maximum speed threshold, and when you experience clear air turbulence or other factors like icing that would push you too far past the maximum speed threshold without the capability to control the wing normally, this happens. Wrap up: icing changes the shape of the wing critically and adds weight to plane (double whammy, but mainly airflow issue over the wing), Learjets are vulnerable to over speed situations because of the type of wing is small, sleek, and unforgiving in the name of efficiency and performance, mix all of that together with moderate turbulence which can fluctuate your airspeed, this causes the aircraft to enter Mach tuck over speed condition. The result is a lawn dart scenario that you see here. Very sad.

🩸ERDOC🩸 :
It’s a plane (Learjet) going 350-550mph, In a high-speed, vertical or near-vertical impact at 545 mph, almost none of the plane remains in a classic, hollow "crater." Instead, the aircraft is essentially pulverized, and the fragments become deeply integrated into the displaced earth. Equivalent to 75 pounds of TNT 🧨 energy was released in less than a second
