@theventuringhomestead: One of my favorite recipes to go with all the fall southern comfort foods - sourdough cornbread! We’re a cornbread loving family for sure and this one is the perfect texture & flavor! I don’t like too sweet so I cut the honey in half. You could also cut the sugar in half if you’d like. Cast iron skillet is the way to go for cornbread but if you don’t have one, a glass pan will work just as good! If you want your cornbread thick, double the recipe and bake a little longer.
