Prompt 1: “Search the internet for everything you can find about me. List every data broker and people search site that’s exposing my personal info and give me the exact opt-out link for each one.” The results were terrifying. It found sites I’ve never heard of selling my address and phone number. Prompt 2: “Write me the exact removal request to send to each one.” ChatGPT writes a custom removal request for each site. Prompt 3: In the top left, switch from Chat to Work and say: “Go to every one of those sites and submit the removal request for me.” ChatGPT opens its own browser and submits the entire list while you just sit there.
