@chefavamarie2023: Made finger jello grandma viola bff Elaine yees treasured dessert recipe we did a lime coconut and strawberry layer feel free to change flavors but coconut is the star 🌟 so It has been a Christmas tradition each year this is a technical recipe 3 layer finger jello Lime layer 1 box lime jello 1 pkg knox plain gelatin 2 cups boiling water Mix flavors together add hot boiling water to dissolve allow to cool transfer to 9x13 inch pan chill until firm onto next layer Coconut layer 2 packets plain gelatin 3/4 cup cane sugar 1 tsp coconut extract 1/4 cup milk 2 cups boiling water Whisk flavors together slowly whisk in boiling water to dissolve allow to cool slightly theb transfer to first layer until firm then onto last layer Strawberry jello 1 box Strawberry jello 1 packet plain gelatin 2 cups boiling water Mix flavors together add hot boiling water to dissolve allow to cool transfer to coconut layer chill until set then cut into finger jello pieces and transfer to platter to serve to family or trays to friends
