if I was ever in this situation I would tell my roommate that this is my room too and that her boyfriend is not sleeping in my bed and that I'm going to get out RA involved and when this is all over I'm sleeping in my own bed and her boyfriend can sleep somewhere else because I'm not sleeping on the floor or the couch just because your boyfriend can't handle sleeping alone

Yeah no. I always let my roommates know in advance if my partner was coming to stay overnight, and how many nights (he lived in a different state for school). Granted I didn't always ask permission, but we also tried to make ourselves scarce as much as possible.
