Stay out of it, your sister in law don't want to hear your advice or conviction in making her stay. Your brother's deception and extra martial activities created his problems. If your sister in law forgives and stay or file for dissolution , let it be her decision. She'll question intentions if your family or yourself intervenes

Stay out of it and be there if the wife needs to talk, but don’t take sides. If he had another child out of their relationship, he is the problem in this situation. The wife should be able to make the choice to leave without feeling guilty.

You need to stay out of it. If that child was born after they married, your SIL has to decide if he is worth forgiving. If you interfere it could make things worse.

It’s a personal decision on the person that’s involved. 1. did he know he had a child before they got married and kept it from her. That’s a pretty big deception and then not paying child support because she would have to know if he was paying child support. 2. Did he find out after they got married? That’s a different. If he didn’t know, until after the fact, I’m pretty sure she knew he wasn’t a virgin. Most Americans aren’t. I take that back today. You Younger generation are different. 3. did he have a child while they were married? Betrayal. So it’s not a simple question you can answer that’s why it’s her decision. Deception about a child is pretty big because what else are you deceiving her about? Find finding out he had a child before you got married is totally different. And then of course, betrayal it’s just the worst type of thing ever.

Thats a problem between husband and wife. You can still be there for her if you both had a good relationship. Those kids are still part of the family
