ERACE :
remove red indicator and instead replace it with either a "!" sign to indicated when the boss is about to attack. you can also integrate parry system, perfect dodge, and block which also includes a stamina bar which reduces as you move. a perfect dodge consumes less stamina while a parry doesn't, the block only has a certain amount of hit points which also regenerates naturally but also regenerates faster when you successfully perform a perfect dodge. boss moves also have a certain symbols as stated before like the "!" if it's about to attack then you may add a different indicator if a move can be blocked/parried or can only be dodged. I personally got the idea from a game called wuthering waves you may check out their combat mechanics if you want
