he actually can ,since the cursed technique is Abt interpretation of the cursed technique and the 1. guy who used it couldn't do it bc he didn't know what would be possible ,but naoya could move 60 fps bc rn in his time there are cartoons with 60 fps so he could move but it would be too difficult

Problem is 60fps is almost impossible for the above human like Naoya because it requires you to know what your doing 60 times in a second, it’s a complicated technique but doing 30 is already hard enough

actually, making it 60fps wouldn't NEED an exchange, because making the ct use more FPS makes it harder to use as you have to ACTUALLY follow them
