@pro.glitch: How to learn AI from zero for your business: the exact order (5 steps) How to learn AI from zero for your business, in the order that works. Five stops built for business owners, not developers, and each one gives you something you use the same week. Why the order matters: every stop uses the one before it. An AI employee that doesn't know your business, can't write like you and makes things up is just a faster way to make mistakes. The 5 stops: 1. Teach it your business. Open a project in ChatGPT Projects or Claude, and in the Claude project instructions write one page: what you sell, who buys, your prices, how you talk to customers, what you'd never say. Every chat in the project starts with it. Done when it answers a customer question the way you would. 2. Give it your writing to copy. Add ten of your best emails, posts or replies, real ones that worked, then ask for the next one. That's how you get AI writing in your voice instead of a robot. 3. Make it answer from your files. Upload your price list, policies and how-we-do-it docs, then tell it to answer only from those files, name the file it used, and say when it can't find the answer. AI that answers from your documents is AI you can check in seconds. 4. Automate one job. Pick something that happens the same way every time: new order, into the books, thank-you email, team pinged. Build it with n8n or Zapier automation, with AI doing one step in the middle. Let it run a full month before the next one. 5. Hand over a whole job. An AI agent like Claude Code, your AI employee, with everything from the first four stops does a whole job like the Monday report or supplier emails. Human in the loop: you approve anything that goes out. The candle shop in the video is a made-up example; the AI answers on screen are real. Works for ecommerce and Shopify stores, local service businesses, agencies, consultants, bookkeepers, solo founders and small teams. #aiautomation #aiagent #claudecode #aiemployee #claude #learnai

MuseTips :
The order is the lesson here. Step 2 — feeding it ten real emails so it learns how you actually write — is where most people jump ahead to automation and then wonder why everything sounds generic. Business first, writing second makes total sense.

The AIgent :
Giving the candle shop a named person to check with makes the “not in the files” case feel real. “I’ll check with Rosa” is a more useful stopping point than a confident guess.

One thing I wish I understood earlier is that you don't need to know everything before starting an online business. The right AI tools can help you learn, research and take those first steps.
