Blue.Raven.Hawk :
Ferry’s need to stop when whales are in the area. You’re in THEIR home. Ferry company should be fined big time.

Humpback whales eat approx 2,000lbs of shrimp, fish and krill per day. technically we've saved many many critters from death

explain something - every vessel has instrumentation to forewarn rocks, reefs etc and this one went straight for the whale without any warning?

Tragic outcome for Notcho. Hopefully, this situation pushes for stricter speed limits and better detection tech for ferries in these high-activity whale corridors.

The first peoples need to sue the ferry company. There should be radar and sensors equipped on these machines. It’s preventable.
