There is a warning by TikTok before viewing this video yet there is nothing outside the ordinary from the other videos. TikTok is so wild and random!

Is the jet in the water under the ground? Is that why fire started?

Plausible explanation: ice was building up on the horizontal and vertical stabilizers during the storms (likely the rest of the aircraft also). Given the Learjet 60 has a “T-tail” (horizontal stabilizer on top of the vertical stabilizer), the combination of the added weight of the ice coupled with severe winds (updrafts, downdrafts etc.) from the thunderstorms caused the horizontal stabilizer to separate from the vertical stabilizer due to the dynamic pressure far exceeding the design limits of the aircraft, exacerbated by the effect of the ice acting as an added weight to the entire T-tail assembly, which would act to increase the torque on the connection point between the horizontal stabilizer and the vertical stabilizer. Similar holding on to the pole of a beach umbrella on a windy day, but then add ice to the umbrellas surface and see if the pole stays connected to the umbrella.
