Lord have mercy on him as he will have to face that side of the face one day. I couldn’t imagine judging the “blemish” of the righteous Judge, I’d rather Jesus see me through that other eye.. respectively to the story of that icon.

it’s sad that he doesn’t know the history of that specific icon, he calls it a blemish but really the person that created it was trying to show us that Christ is one divine person and has two natures being fully God and fully man
