depends on what part of Miami Dade you live in. most of us born here live in the suburbs like Kendall / Hialeah / Doral. City of Miami and the Beaches are unaffordable for most and is full of transplants. which is fine, but the lifestyle just really depends on what part you live in.

You don’t base your expense on lower taxes, so what are you trying to convince people it’s cheaper here, miami it is becoming the most expensive city to live in, higher home and auto insurance, electricity, etc,

Yes all true except the cost of living has gotten out of hand but that’s mostly everywhere just slightly more here ….. didn’t they say it’s more expensive then New York but the pay has not caught up to regular folks like the working class and middle class. $30 for a cocktail is wild but we do it anyways lol

Raised in Miami and yes, Miami is great for entrepreneurs and those who want to grow their businesses. Nothing wrong with that but those born and raise here know Miami has change and they pay does not balance the expenses of those who are living on minimum wage, many families are living like that. I've seen families work 2 to 3 jobs to sustain themselves. I truly think Miami will evolve to become a business city more than a hometown.
