Tore my deck off in may. Was much worse than this. Rim joist had nothing left to them. I have so little free time I just now have the deck rebuilt. And still haven’t done the railing yet lol.

Thank goodness ours was inspected for termites so we were able to keep the base and all the joists 👏🏻

We had a beautiful all season room in our prior home. Glass walls and ceiling. We noticed a slight dip in the flooring and called out a contractor. Contractor pulled back the flooring and pulled up a handful of what I thought was dirt. It was our rotting supports. The entire room was built on UNtreated lumber. He had to jack the sides of it up and we prayed the glass would hold for renovations. It did. The entire floor was replaced.
