Damascus Squared :
We do not have AI's, we have VI's (Virtual Intelligences), LLMs (Large Language Models), LVMs (Large Visualiser Models), and LCMs (Large Computation Model's) along with a whole host of smaller level algorithmically encoded responders. Mind you, they're all very, Very, VERY good at seeming like they're intelligent and self aware and have emotions, but that's baked into how they're trained so that we're sort of tricked into Anthropomorphizing them. One thing that these systems are also very, Very, VERY good at is data mining, searching through the vast expanse of human knowledge AND opinions stored on the internet, collation of that information, presentation in a simple to understand formatting, and summarization. The absolute BIGGEST problem is that they're being built, Toyed with for a hot minute, and then discarded for the updated version instead of us sitting with the current model for awhile so we can understand it's capabilities and how it actually functions.
